Research made simple: using multiperspective interpretative phenomenological analysis to explore healthcare phenomena

We present a case of 76-year-old woman, who attended with features suggestive renal colic; however on imaging, she was found to have right pelvic kidney and left-sided uretero-sciatic hernia (USH), identified CT urography (CT urogram). She managed conservatively as had normal function reported no symptoms in follow-up appointments. USH are rare hernias, where the ureter herniates through sciatic foramen. Patients might sepsis which they require emergency stenting either anterograde or retrograde pain less urgent approach can be followed plan for surgery. Our literature review only small number similar cases, most successful treatment method those symptomatic patients required procedure surgical repair.
